Reporting Module: View a Usage Report
The Reporting Module allows you to view system usage. To create a report, do the following:
- Click the Report button from the Module options on the left side of the screen.
- Select the report type you want to view: Consultations per Day, Consultations per Outcome, Consultation History.
- Select one or multiple Priority Clinical Areas using the Priority Clinical Areas dropdown menu.
- Select Months, Days, or Years from the Time Scale dropdown menu.
- Using the calendar icons, select the date range your report should cover.
- If you want to include consultations that were performed in Practice mode, click the checkbox next to Include 'Practice'-Consultations.
The system will build your report and display it on the screen.
Note:
- For reporting purposes, the system counts those consultations that were submitted with the Emergency mode as Emergency, no matter what outcome the consultation had.
- If a consultation was submitted in the override mode its outcome is marked as not-appropriate, and the system counts it as override for reporting purposes.
- If a consultation was submitted without going through a PCA guideline the system counts it as no-criteria-apply for reporting purposes.
- The Consultations per Outcome breaks consultations into four categories:
- Appropriate: These are AUC consultations for which the clinician performed an AUC consultation and the system determined that the outcome was appropriate.
- Not-Appropriate: These are AUC consultations for which the clinician performed an AUC consultation and the system determined that the outcome was not appropriate.
- Emergency: These are AUC consultations for which the clinician selected Emergency because the order was for an emergency case for which no AUC applied.
- No-Criteria-Apply: These are AUC consultations for which the clinician entered their own Clinical Area/Indication in the Other Clinical Area/Indication field.
