Reporting Module: View a Usage Report

  • updated 3 yrs ago

The Reporting Module allows you to view system usage. To create a report, do the following:

  1. Click the Report button from the Module options on the left side of the screen.
  2. Select the report type you want to view: Consultations per Day, Consultations per Outcome, Consultation History.
  3. Select one or multiple Priority Clinical Areas using the Priority Clinical Areas dropdown menu.
  4. Select Months, Days, or Years from the Time Scale dropdown menu.
  5. Using the calendar icons, select the date range your report should cover.
  6. If you want to include consultations that were performed in Practice mode, click the checkbox next to Include 'Practice'-Consultations.

The system will build your report and display it on the screen.

Note:

  • For reporting purposes, the system counts those consultations that were submitted with the Emergency mode as Emergency, no matter what outcome the consultation had.
  • If a consultation was submitted in the override mode its outcome is marked as not-appropriate, and the system counts it as override for reporting purposes.
  • If a consultation was submitted without going through a PCA guideline the system counts it as no-criteria-apply for reporting purposes.
  • The Consultations per Outcome breaks consultations into four categories:
    - Appropriate: These are AUC consultations for which the clinician performed an AUC consultation and the system determined that the outcome was appropriate.
    - Not-Appropriate: These are AUC consultations for which the clinician performed an AUC consultation and the system determined that the outcome was not appropriate.
    - Emergency: These are AUC consultations for which the clinician selected Emergency because the order was for an emergency case for which no AUC applied.
    - No-Criteria-Apply: These are AUC consultations for which the clinician entered their own Clinical Area/Indication in the Other Clinical Area/Indication field.
