Edit Knowledge Center Language Options

Knowledge Center administrators can add additional languages by clicking System from the navigation bar at the top-right of the Knowledge Center (KC).

  1. From the top-right of the KC screen click System.

  2. Click Language.

  3. Click Modify. English is the default language in the Knowledge Center and cannot be removed and the languages and codes in the Knowledge Center must match those in the Designer.

  4. Remove a language by clicking on that language and clicking remove. Add additional languages as necessary. Click Save to save your changes.

  5. Click Home to return to the Knowledge Center.
