Edit Knowledge Center Language Options
Knowledge Center administrators can add additional languages by clicking System from the navigation bar at the top-right of the Knowledge Center (KC).
- From the top-right of the KC screen click System.
- Click Language.
- Click Modify. English is the default language in the Knowledge Center and cannot be removed and the languages and codes in the Knowledge Center must match those in the Designer.
- Remove a language by clicking on that language and clicking remove. Add additional languages as necessary. Click Save to save your changes.
- Click Home to return to the Knowledge Center.
