Configuring Your Data Storage Location

By default, the system stores the statistics from your assessments – causes and observations – locally on your system. However, you can configure your application to store this data in an external database, such as Oracle, MS SQL, or MySQL.

Alternatively, you can apply the storage location settings one time to all of your Support Center Framework applications in the settings.cfg file:
