Create Knowledge Center Topics in Supported Languages

Content developers can create individual topics in supported languages in the Knowledge Center (KC).

  1. With English as the selected language in the language selector dropdown in the navigation, click the subfolder where you want to create a topic.
     

     
  2. When you click a topic, the language that displays in the header is the language of that particular topic. To create that topic in a difference language click the language selector in the topic header and pull down to the language in which you want to create the topic.

     
    If the topic does not have a version in the specified language the system will display the following error message.

  3. Click Modify in the topic header and begin entering the topic in the language selected.
  4. Once you have finished modifying the topic click Save.
