Limitations of FHIR Questionnaire Using LogicNets
Not all concepts supported by the LogicNets runtime engine can be converted to a FHIR Questionnaire. Therefore, the following limitations apply:
- LogicNets supports a limited set of parts/nodes; see Supported Functionality.
- Not all part parameters can be converted to FHIRQuestionnaire concepts. In the first release, which was part of LogicNets v8.0, there are no validation warnings or modeling guidance in the Designer. In the near future, the Designer will contain guidance when parameters, nodes, and/or parts are not exportable.
- LogicNets v8 does not support the following rule operators:
- intersects, does not intersect, overlaps, does not overlap, contains collection, equals collection, is empty, is not empty
- The system supports the following rule operators for collections:
- contains, does not contain, is null, is not null
- The system does not support conditions expressions modeled as free text; see below.
- Note that you can convert part validation rules, switch conditions, and option conditions modeled as rules.
