Settings Module: My Profile
The My Profile section allows you to enter your personal details in the system.
| Email Address | This is your unique user id for accessing the LogicNets AUC Portal. You use it to sign in, and other Portal users can use it to look you up for collaboration within the system. It is set up when you create your account and can't be changed after that. This is the address the system uses to communicate system access information with you. The My Profile page does not display or allow changes to your password. To change your password, log out of the system and click the forgot details link on the logon page. |
| First and Last Name | Enter your first and last name in these fields. The system will use your full name to display to you and other system users advanced imaging orders that have been validated by you or on your behalf. |
| Phone Number | This is your phone number. |
| I am an ordering physician using the system under my NPI | If you click this checkbox the system will display a field where you can enter your National Provider Identifier (NPI). |
| NPI | If you are an ordering physician, you must enter your NPI into your profile. PAMA requires that all AUC consultations be associated with a specific NPI. If you don't have an NPI you can still use the system as an administrative proxy for one or more ordering physicians. As you complete your AUC consultations, the system will let you select the ordering physician for whom you are working. |
Remember to click Save to save your changes.
