LN-ASF Description
The LogicNets Assessment Framework allows organizations to use their modeled logic to structure the gathering of data from interactive users while simultaneously computing, formatting, and displaying the resulting reports and data output. It includes additional functionality in the Designer, so that sophisticated and dynamic form-building logic can be easily modeled and implemented. Designers can use modeling to control how downstream questions display, dynamically reacting to upstream user input. Similarly, designer users can model system output for on-screen and structured export from the system. Reporting and assessment applications can be set to dynamically re-calculate report output in response to each user interaction in the data collection component. Complex and voluminous data collection is thereby simplified, and extensive control and validation can be imposed to ensure that data collection is complete, accurate, and meets standards.
The ASF framework includes a contextually activated reference panel that allows users to access digital resources related to the topic currently selected in other screen areas. This content can be managed within LogicNets or can be dynamically accessed from external content management environments.
Services and Deployment Considerations
ASF licenses include deployment of the framework and basic setup and integration of acquired add-on modules.
LogicNets offers Design and Deployment Services (DS) to assist customers in configuring:
- Application-specific UI styling and layout for both the ASF and Starter App components
- Setup of web services for external applications integration
- Customer-specific setup of Reports including both electronic documents (PDF, HTML) and structured data output via web-services
These services usually require development and acceptance by customer of a formal SoW.
