Feedback Portal Overview
The LogicNets feedback portal framework provides you a centralized location from which to manage user feedback entered in your published LogicNets-based applications. It displays a main page that lists all feedback users have entered. Based on your access rights, you can click on a feedback item to see more detail.
The main page displays the list of all the feedback users have entered. It details information regarding who entered the feedback, when was it created or updated, the severity of the issue, an issue category, and a summary.
You can view additional information about a particular feedback item by clicking the show details button. This opens a popup with additional details. You can sue the edit button to edit some of the fields, including assign to, status, category, severity, and comments.
