Save Data for Problem Reporting

Save Data for Problem Reporting is a new support function that can be used to troubleshoot issues at customer installations.


When a customer runs into a problem with their live application, the customer can invoke this function to create a log of the problem and to automatically collect relevant diagnostic information from the system for problem diagnosis by the LogicNets support team.


To invoke this functionality, you must make sure that the Save Data for Problem Reporting package is installed and available in your LogicNets Tools menu. Users with Administrator privileges have access to the management module for this functionality. Note: LogicNets is compliant with the GDPR guidelines, so the system will not collect personal data.


To open the module click on the SaveDataForPR icon.

In the Description field, enter the description of the problem. Press the Create button and the system will automatically create a downloadable .zip package with the diagnostic information from the system. This .zip package can be sent to the LogicNets support team or attached to the ticket entered in the support portal.
