Planned Maintenance Schedule
LogicNets’ IT team conduct monthly scheduled server maintenance, and during this process system access and response times may be impacted. We make every effort to minimize server downtime but applications may not be available, may be slow to respond to a logged on user, and may shutdown without warning, as the servers will be automatically rebooted as part of the process.
We therefore advise clients not to use LogicNets applications during this window.
These scheduled monthly maintenance activities include installing the latest security updates from Windows and other infrastructure providers, and are required to ensure the continued availability, health and security, and successful operations of our infrastructure.
Our team perform general service and access testing at the end of the process, but we also encourage clients to login to your application after these updates to verify everything is in order.
Clients should report any issues through their dedicated support page where possible, or by sending an email to email@example.com.
Planned Maintenance Windows
Planned maintenance typically* occurs once per month, starting on a Thursday at 10:00 PM EST and concluding at 1:00 AM EST Friday. The calendar is shown below.
